模具制造过程中的智能化机器人控制系统设计
Design of intelligent robot control system in mold manufacturing process

Abstract
In order to improve the production efficiency of molds and ensure the stability of their manufacturing process control,this paper designs an intelligent robot control system in the mold manufacturing process.The acquisition module collects data information,and the torque change between the tool and the mold during the processing process is sensed by the torque sensing module.The collected data is sent to the PLC control module for denoising and normalization,so as to read the data RFID and judge the abnormal signal fault.Then it is sent to the computing device through the communication module for multi-data program instructions.The PLC control module sends control commands to the robot,and the synchronization management module synchronizes the multi-axis of the robot to increase the coordination of the robot's movements.The results show that the motion accuracy of the designed intelligent robot system is±0.03 mm,the response time is 200 ms,the visual recognition accuracy rate reaches 99.2%,the RFID reading accuracy reaches 99.7%,and the abnormal data processing recovery time is 6 s,which are all better than the design requirements.The intelligent robot control system can effectively warn of mold production equipment,process parameters,production quality and production progress abnormalities.关键词
