摘要
Abstract
The hydroforming of rubber bladder for aviation engine heat shield with complex open-loop thin-walled structure was studied.Through finite element analysis software to carry out numerical simulation of open-loop heat shield parts rubber bladder filling liquid forming process,to explore the impact of filling liquid pressure and blanking size on N6 alloy with thin-walled sheet metal parts rubber bladder hydroforming blank film situation an size.The forming experiment of actual parts is carried out by rubber bag hydroforming technology,and the test results are basically consistent with the simulation results.Finally,the qualified parts are machined based on the forming parameters obtained by numerical simulation.关键词
