面向深埋长距离油气管道的高强度异形管模具设计与成型性能分析
Design and forming performance analysis of high-strength special-shaped pipe dies for deep-buried long-distance oil and gas pipelines
摘要
Abstract
This article investigates the forming process and die design challenges of high-strength special-shaped pipes used in deep-buried long-distance oil and gas pipelines.X100 high-strength pipeline steel tends to experience wall thickness thinning and springback during forming of complex shapes.To address these issues,a mold structure optimization design method based on finite element simulation is proposed,and the forming performance is verified through experiments.A 3D finite element model of the special-shaped pipe stamping forming process was established to simulate material flow and stress distribution under different blank holding forces.The forming quality was analyzed by comparing results from five experimental groups.The results show that when the blank holding force is 100 kN,the main forming force required is minimized at 580 kN,and the maximum wall thickness thinning rate is 13.5%,achieving the best forming quality.The error of experiment and simulation results is controlled within 5%,which proves that the three-dimensional finite element model of special-shaped tube stamping is reliable.关键词
