钛合金风扇机匣的加工工艺优化研究
Research on process optimization for titanium alloy fan casing machining

Abstract
As a critical core component of compressors for petroleum storage and transportation pipelines,the optimization of machining processes for fan casings remains a key focus in the field of mechanical manufacturing,aimed at addressing difficult-to-machine challenges.Taking the titanium alloy Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V fan casing as the research subject,analysis reveals that its structural characteristics:large diameter,integral annular shape,thin-walled shell,and precision hole systems at both ends,combined with the difficult-to-machine nature of titanium alloy,are the primary causes of machining deformation.By planning a rational machining sequence,effective process measures were proposed to address deformation in critical operations:extending stress-relief duration and frequency during heat treatment,optimizing cutting paths for turning operations,switching from side milling to layer milling for milling operations,and performing precision turning on sprayed surfaces followed by precision boring of hole systems after spraying.These measures completed the optimization of the fan casing machining process.Following the optimized processing technology,deformation reduction is projected to exceed 43%.This effective control of processing deformation resolves the machining challenges.The study on the processing technology for the Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V titanium alloy fan casing provides valuable reference and insights for the manufacturing of similar components.关键词
