摘要

Abstract

Methane dry reforming reaction is of great significance for the preparation of clean liquid fuels and high-value chemicals from biomass syngas,and it is an important part of biomass utilization.The article prepared Ni-based catalysts by rotary evaporation drying,evaporation drying and freeze-drying respectively,and conducted various characterization analyses on the catalysts.The effects of different drying methods on the structure of the catalysts prepared by the impregnation method and their catalytic performance in the dry reforming reaction of methane were explored.The results show that the catalyst Ni/MCM-41-FD prepared by the freeze-drying method has higher catalytic activity and exhibits excellent performance.After the Ni/MCM-41-FD reaction for 10 h,the conversion rate of CH4 was 82.71%,and the conversion rate of CO2 was 81.71%.The catalyst still had good stability,and the anti-sintering and anti-carbon deposit capabilities were significantly improved.
