Abstract
The"Five Commonalities"historical outlook of the Chinese Nation represents Xi Jinping's major thesis on forging a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation.It profoundly reveals the essential characteristics of the Chinese nation's pluralistic unity and the internal logic of its formation and development from the perspectives of all ethnic groups jointly opening up territories,founding the nation,recording history,creating culture,and nurturing the national spirit.This historical outlook embodies the value of unity and solidarity of the Chinese nation,reflects the deep-seated will of the Chinese nation to always uphold great unity and alliance,and manifests the"Great United Front"thinking in ethnic work in the New Era.On the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we should take"jointly founding a unified state"as the foundation to consolidate the strategic defense line of national unity and solidarity;take"jointly advancing the progress of ethnic groups"as the core to solidify the strategic foundation for ethnic development;take"jointly inheriting Chinese culture"as the bond to enhance the united front efficacy of cultural identity;and take"jointly writing the historical panorama of the New Era"as the orientation to converge the synergy for the development of Chinese-style modernization.关键词
