养老机构老年人外出障碍现状及影响因素研究
Status quo and influencing factors of barriers to going out among older people in nursing homes

Abstract
Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of barriers to going out among older people in nursing homes.Methods With convenience sampling,475 older people in 6 nursing homes in Tangshan City,Hebei Province were selected from March to October 2024,and they were surveyed by the General Information Questionnaire,the Characteristic Scale of Elderly Care In-stitutions,the Disability Scale for the Elderly Going Out,the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)Scale and the Perceived Social Support Scale.Results The total score of barriers to going out among 475 older people was 18.68±3.85.Multiple linear regression showed that the living condition of nursing homes,hospice training,ADL,perceived social support level,and fear of death were the influencing factors of barriers to going out among older people(all P<0.05),explaining 39.0%of the total variance.Conclusion The barriers to going out among older people in nursing homes are at a medium level.Older people who have not received palliative care training,have poor ADL or low perceived social support,live in single rooms,or have a fear of death exhibit higher levels of outings barriers.关键词
