Influencing factors of treatment-seeking delay in patients with acute coronary syndrome:a scoping review
摘要
Abstract
Objective To conduct a scoping review of studies on factors influencing treatment-seeking delay in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and to provide insights for future research and clinical nursing practice.Methods Guided by the scoping review methodology,we systematically searched literature in PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Data,CBM,and VIP from database inception to August 30,2025.The retrieved literature was subsequently collated and analyzed.Results A total of 851 studies were searched,with 28 studies included in the final analysis.Treatment-seeking delay in ACS patients was influenced by sociodemographic and disease-related variables,environmental factors,health literacy,illness perception,coping mechanism,and psychological factors.Conclusion This study systematically identifies and summarizes multi-dimensional factors associated with treatment-seeking delay among ACS patients.Modifiable psychological,cognitive,and behavioral factors are identified as key intervention targets,which can provide evidence-based support for healthcare professionals to develop targeted strategies to reduce patient delay in seeking medical care.关键词
