低年资护士主动职业行为现状及影响因素分析
Current status and influencing factors of proactive career behavior in junior nurses

Abstract
Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of proactive career behavior among junior nurses.Methods From October 2023 to January 2024,a cross-sectional survey was conducted using a General Information Questionnaire,Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale,Error Orientation Scale,Thriving at Work Scale,and Proactive Career Behavior Scale in junior nurses in two general hospitals in Wuhan.Results The score of proactive career behavior among junior nurses was 48.48±4.94.Person correlation analysis showed that proactive career behavior was positively correlated with thriving at work(r=0.519,P<0.001)and error orientation(r=0.558,P<0.001),and negatively with fear of negative evaluation(r=-0.423,P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that sex,appointment method,professional title,marital status,thriving at work,fear of negative evaluation,and error orientation were influencing factors of proactive career behavior among junior nurses(P<0.05),explained 62.1%of the total variation.Conclusion The score of proactive career behavior among junior nurses is at a moderate level and needs to be further improved.Nurs-ing administrators should pay special attention to junior nurses who are male,contract-based,with lower professional titles,married,with higher job prosperity levels,lower fear of negative evaluation,and higher error orientation.Measures such as providing support and training,and creating a positive work environment should be implemented to enhance their proactive career behaviors and improve nursing quality.关键词
