基于决策导向性评价模型的医学类课程思政教学效果评价工具的构建研究
Development of a CIPP-based tool for evaluating ideological-political teaching effectiveness in medical courses

Abstract
Objective To develop a Context,Input,Process,and Product(CIPP)evaluation model-based tool(including teacher version and student version)for evaluating ideological-political teaching effectiveness in medical courses,and to provide references for teach-ing quality assessment of ideological and political education in medical courses.Methods Taking the 4 dimensions of the CIPP eval-uation model as the framework,the first draft of the evaluation tool was formulated through literature review,and then the final draft was formed by conducting Delphi expert consultation.Results Twenty-one experts completed the two rounds of consultation,with an effec-tive recovery rate of 100%for each round,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.837.After the second round of consultation,the aver-age importance scores of each item in the teacher version and student version ranged from 4.523 to 4.952 and from 4.330 to 4.905 re-spectively,and the Kendall's coefficients of concordance were 0.318 and 0.352(P<0.01)respectively.The finally teacher version and student version of the evaluation tool consisted of 4/4 first-level,12/11 secondary-level,and 32/29 third-level indicators respectively.Conclusion The teaching effectiveness evaluation tool for ideological and political education in medical courses constructed based on CIPP evaluation model is scientific in method and reliable in indicators,and exhibits both medical professional adaptability and dual-subject coordination.It can provide references for the evaluation of ideological and political teaching effectiveness in medical courses.关键词
