苯酚加氢制环己酮催化反应过程研究进展
Progress in the catalytic hydrogenation of phenol to cyclohexanone

Abstract
Cyclohexanone is an important organic intermediate mainly used to produce adipic acid and caprolactam.The hydrogenation of phenol to cyclohexanone has attracted considerable attention because it features a short process flow,minimal by-products,and low energy consumption.This study summarizes recent progress in slurry-bed,fixed-bed,and catalytic membrane reactors used in phenol hydrogenation.For slurry-bed reactors,the discussion highlights progress in development of hydrogen sources,regulation of the reaction atmosphere,and catalyst separation.For fixed-bed reactors,the study outlines their applications in gas-phase phenol hydrogenation and describes recent progress in continuous-flow fixed-bed reactors and fixed-bed reactors coupled with membrane dispersion for liquid-phase hydrogenation.The current development of catalytic membrane reactors,particularly their ability to integrate catalytic reactions with in situ separation of catalysts and products,is also discussed.Based on these progresses,future research directions for the catalytic hydrogenation of phenol to cyclohexanone are proposed.关键词
