农机电气系统的数字孪生与虚拟仿真监控平台设计
Design of a digital twin and virtual simulation monitoring platform for agricultural machinery electrical systems
摘要
Abstract
To achieve intelligent monitoring and virtual verification of agricultural machinery electrical systems,this pa-per proposes a design scheme for an agricultural machinery electrical system monitoring platform based on digital twin and virtual simulation technology.This scheme constructs a digital twin model that includes multiple levels such as pow-er system,execution device,controller,and communication bus,driven by real agricultural machinery sensor data,to achieve real-time mapping and bidirectional interaction between physical entities and virtual models.Finally,taking the self-propelled fertilizer applicator electrical system as an example for verification.The results show that the platform can significantly improve the system monitoring accuracy and fault response efficiency,successfully achieve synchronous simulation and abnormal warning of motor speed,current fluctuations,and control signals,with steady-state error less than±2.5%and response time shortened by more than30%.The research results provide strong technical support for remote operation and maintenance,virtual debugging,and energy efficiency optimization of intelligent agricultural ma-chinery equipment.关键词
