摘要

Abstract

With the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and the accelerated advancement of intel-ligent manufacturing,traditional mechanical and electrical engineering education can no longer fully meet the demand for interdisciplinary talents in emerging industries.Based on the practical needs of industrial development,this paper analy-zes the existing problems in current teaching of mechanical and electrical engineering programs,such as outdated curric-ulum content,insufficient practical training,and disconnection between universities and enterprises.It further proposes a teaching reform path centered on the principles of"industry orientation,competency-based education,university-enterprise collaboration,and project-driven teaching".By adjusting the curriculum structure,introducing real engi-neering projects,strengthening the construction of training bases,and implementing the work-integrated learning col-laborative education mechanism,this reform aims to enhance students'practical abilities,innovative capabilities and job adaptability,so as to satisfy the comprehensive quality requirements of emerging industries for mechanical and electrical talents—"proficient in technology,skilled in operation and capable in management".The research findings of this paper provide a referenceable theoretical basis and practical path for the educational reform of mechanical and electrical majors in higher vocational colleges and undergraduate universities.
