东部地区卫生资源配置影响效应的统计测度研究
A statistical measurement study on the impact of healthcare resource allocation in eastern China
摘要
Abstract
This study aims to investigate healthcare resource allocation within the framework of high-quality development.Using data from eastern China from 2009 to 2022,it employs OLS regression and spatial econometric models to estimate both the direct and spatial effects of healthcare resource allocation.The econometric results show that healthcare resource allocation exerts a significant positive direct effect on health outcomes,with a regression coefficient of 0.772.Furthermore,healthcare resource allocation exhibits a significant spatial effect on health outcomes(0.567).Accordingly,the study proposes dismantling administrative barriers to activate spatial spillovers of healthcare resources.It further suggests utilizing regional coordination to restructure the growth-health coordination mechanism.It is crucial to address the health paradox by improving the efficiency of human capital transformation and refine government intervention to release market forces.关键词
