晋察冀边区医学教育的发展历程、主要特征与历史经验
The development trajectory,primary characteristics,and historical insights of medical education in the Jin-Cha-Ji border region

Abstract
Medical education in the Jin-Cha-Ji border region has gone through three stages of development:the total resistance against Japanese aggression,the struggle for peace and democracy,and the War of Liberation.Although each stage has distinctive characteristics,it always adheres to the equal emphasis on medical ethics and professional competence,combining both formal education and short-term training,and integrating medical practice training with wartime struggles.These were not only the primary features of medical education in the border region,but also key factors in its continuous development and growth.Medical education in the border region has trained a large number of medical workers who are politically firm and professionally competent,thereby providing talent protection to support the civil war,the daily lives of the general public,and the development of medical and health services.It has accumulated valuable experience in running schools,including adhering to the principles of being both socialist-minded and professional competent,with an emphasis on comprehensive training.It upheld both prevention and treatment to protect the health of military and civilian health while persisting in doing and learning more to meet the needs of society.These educational experiences provide a historical reference for conducting medical education effectively in the new era.关键词
