微生物菌剂协同生物炭对土壤理化性质以及植物固碳能力的影响
Effects of Microbial Inoculants and Biochar on Soil Physicochemical Properties and Car-bon Sequestration Capacity of Plants

Abstract
This study ultilized"scindapsus aureus"as the experimental material and set up four treatments,namely CK(control,no bacterial agent and biochar added),A(biochar added),B(inoculate with microbial inoculant),and AB(Microbial agent+bio-char),to study the effects of microbial inoculants and biochar treatments on soil physicochemical properties,plant photosynthetic characteristics,and biomass,thereby clarifying the effects of the synergistic effect between microbial inoculants and biochar on soil improvement and plants carbon sequestration capacity.The results showed that the addition of microbial inoculants and biochar to soil enhanced the soil fertility and plant biomass.Compared to the control,total soil porosity increased by 11.83%,8.13%,and 12.80%for treatments A,B,and AB,respectively.Organic carbon levels rose by 8.73%,14.71%and 19.24%respectively,while the content of ammonium nitrogen increased by 7.77%,17.96%,29.36%respectively.The content of available phosphorus content rose by 11.80%,14.07%and 18.69%respectively and the content of available potassium increased by 6.26%,6.86%and 9.90%respectively.Additionally,the sucrase activity increased by 5.77%,36.54%and 63.46%respectively,the urease activity increased by 84.12%,206.43%and 266.52%respectively,and the catalase activity increased by 10.46%,119.77%and 144.18%respectively.The plant carbon sequestration increased by14.28%,28.57%and 46.43%respectively while the plant bio-mass increased by 12.25%,22.90%and 27.17%respectively.In conclusion,the microbial inoculants and biochar treatments could effectively improve the soil and promote the carbon sequestration ability of plants.This study would provide technical supports for the management of carbon sinks in urban vertical greening.关键词
