摘要
Abstract
To investigate the influence of thermal insulation structures on the insulation performance of prefabricated insulated pipelines, this study employs the surface heat flux method and the transient plane source method to test and analyze the practical and theoretical overall thermal conductivity coefficients of three types of insulation structures. The results reveal that, the Insulation structures employed two types of microporous silicate tiles with different thermal conductivities as the main components, both incorporating soft insulation layers, exhibit practical overall thermal conductivity coefficients of 0.05933 W/(m·K)and 0.05639 W/(m·K),respectively,which are 13.75%and 7.65%lower than theoretical values.Conversely,Insulation structure 3 with the main material being microporous silicate two with the lower thermal conductivity, which does not utilize a soft insulation layer, has a practical overall thermal conductivity coefficient that aligns with its theoretical value and demonstrates the poorest insulation performance. The result suggests that the presence of the soft insulation layer leads to the formation of enclosed insulation gaps between solid insulation blocks, thereby enhancing the overall insulation performance and rendering the impact of microporous silicate one with a higher thermal conductivity on the overall performance relatively insignificant. The study provides a reference for optimizing the selection of thermal insulation materials and improving insulation layer design, holding significant engineering implications.关键词
