Abstract
Rural e-commerce is an important carrier for implementing the decisions on the"three rural issues".After a period of rapid growth,it is facing challenges such as homogeneous competition,shortcomings in the supply chain,talent shortage,and insufficient sustainability.New-quality productive forces,with innovation as the core driving force and relying on advanced science and technology,have realized the reallocation of production factors and industrial transformation and upgrading.This paper discussed the current development models of rural e-commerce,analyzed the key problems in its development,and found that rural e-commerce is faced with the following dilemmas:backward infrastructure and insufficient technology application;poor connection between industrial chain coordination and infrastructure;shortage of high-quality talents and imperfect sustainable training system;unbalanced allocation of data factors and insufficient supply of new-type factors.On this basis,it put forward optimization paths to realize the high-quality development of rural e-commerce,including strengthening scientific and technological innovation and empowerment,consolidating the construction of new-type infrastructure,vigorously cultivating new-quality talent teams,and deepening the development and utilization of data factors,so as to build a new data-driven development pattern of rural e-commerce.关键词
