Reflections on Improving the Agricultural Science Popularization Effectiveness of Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions,Taking J Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

Abstract
As important agglomerations of agricultural science and technology resources,agricultural scientific research institutions play multiple roles as"technology disseminators","innovation enlighteners"and"industry promoters"in science popularization work.Based on the functional positioning of science popularization work in agricultural scientific research institutions,this paper analyzed the main problems and difficulties currently faced,including the lack of special fund support,low efficiency in the transformation of science popularization resources,backward supporting incentive mechanisms,the need to improve the influence of science popularization activities,and the inadequate integration between science popularization and scientific and technological innovation.It proposed measures to improve the science popularization effectiveness of agricultural scientific research institutions,such as incorporating science popularization into the scientific research performance evaluation system,strengthening talent team construction,and constructing a"scientific research-science popularization"collaborative mechanism.The purpose is to provide scientific and technological support and a public cognitive foundation for rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.关键词
