Control Efficacy Determination of Mixed Formulations of Difenoconazole and Ketoconazole Against Strawberry Anthracnose

Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the control efficacy and application rate of different mixtures of difenoconazole and ketoconazole against strawberry anthracnose through indoor and field trials.The combined toxicity of five mixtures of difenoconazole and ketoconazole(mass ratios of 9∶1,3∶7,1∶1,7∶3 and 1∶9)was determined by Wadley's method.The results showed that mixtures of difenoconazole and ketoconazole showed synergistic effects at mass ratio of 9∶1,3∶7 and 1∶9(synergistic ratios greater than 1.5).Considering crop safety,synergistic coefficient,and EC50 factors,the mixture of difenoconazole and ketoconazole(3∶7)was selected as the optimal ratio for field application.The field efficacy trials further showed that 30%difenoconazole·ketoconazole wettable powder(WP)(9%+21%)applied at 135~202.5 g/hm2 provided more than 77%control effect against strawberry anthracnose,indicating good control performance.关键词
