Innovative Practice of Empowering the Training Mode of New-type Animal Husbandry Talents through the Construction of Smart Breeding Industry College

Abstract
Faced with the shortage of new-type talents against the backdrop of the intelligent and green transfor-mation of animal husbandry,this study takes the"Three-color Embedding"educational model as the core and the Smart and Healthy Breeding Industry College co-founded by Nanyang Normal University and Muyuan as the practical carrier to explore the innovative practical paths for cultivating new-type animal husbandry talents.By analyzing the construction background and top-level design of the industry college,this study systematically ex-pounds its specific paths to empower the cultivation of new-type animal husbandry talents from three aspects:the reconstruction of a modular curriculum system,the implementation of the industry-education integrated"dual-subject"education model,and the construction of a"double-qualified"teaching faculty.Practice has proved that this model has effectively improved students'innovative practical ability and employment competitiveness,and significantly enhanced the industry college's capabilities in technological research and tackling key problems and achievement transformation for serving regional development,thus providing a valuable reference for the"Nanyang Normal University Model"for local universities to innovate the cultivation mode of applied talents based on characteristic educational concepts.关键词
