新型橘皮精油高效提取与生物活性研究
Research on Efficient Extraction and Bioactivity of Novel Orange Peel Essential Oil

Abstract
This experiment used the ultrasonic microwave-assisted solvent extraction method to extract orange peel essential oil.Compared with traditional extraction methods,this method had higher extraction efficiency and could avoid the loss of heat-sensitive components,which has a great impact on the extraction of many biologically active compounds.According to the experimental results,the best solvent for orange peel essential oil extraction was petroleum ether.The highest extraction yield of orange peel essential oil was 2.46%at 30 min of soaking time,60 W of extraction power 60 min of time,and 50℃of temperature.The antibacterial effect of essential oils was measured by filter paper diffusion method.The experimental results showed that essential oils have different levels of antibacterial ability against bacteria.It had the strongest inhibitory ability against Staphylococcus aureus and the weakest against Bacillus subtilis.The antioxidant activity of orange peel essential oil was studied by measuring its ability to scavenge DPPH free radicals.The experiment found that the DPPH scavenging inhibition rate of orange peel essential oil was 68.09%.关键词
