Research on Risk Identification and Early Warning of New Energy Vehicle Supply Chain

Abstract
[Purpose]To identify the risks faced by the supply chain of new energy vehicles,explore the propagation and evolution laws of different types of risks in the coupled network of the physical layer and the information layer,and build a risk early warning mechanism ac-cordingly,so as to help enterprises optimize supply chain management and enhance their risk coping ability.[Method]By analyzing the development reports,news reports and annual report data of the new energy automobile industry,the key risk themes were identified.Tak-ing enterprise A as the research object,this paper deeply analyzes the spread rate and influence scope of different types of risks in the two-tier network,and based on the dynamic characteristics of the spread,refines the key early warning indicators,and carries out risk early warning with the most representative case of enterprise A.Using LDA theme model,six core risk themes and their corresponding keywords were successfully extracted:technical security,geopolitics,supply interruption,policy compliance,production operation and infrastruc-ture.Based on UAU-SIR two-layer network,the propagation characteristics of different types of risks are clearly revealed through dynam-ic simulation.[Result/Conclusion]This paper puts forward a multi-level early warning index system for the integration of the physical layer and the information layer in the supply chain of new energy vehicles,and verifies its effectiveness,which provides theoretical basis and decision support for enterprises to identify risks at an early stage and accurately intervene.关键词
