基于文献计量分析的反式钙钛矿太阳能电池界面工程研究进展
Research progress on interface engineering of trans-perovskite solar cells based on bibliometric analysis
摘要
Abstract
Using bibliometrics and CiteSpace for visualization analysis,this research examines the litera-ture on interface engineering of trans-perovskite solar cells in the Web of Science Core Collection database.The analysis results are as follows.The number of publications in related fields has been steadily increasing.China has the largest number of publications,and Germany has the highest centrality in the cooperation network.The Chinese Academy of Sciences is the research institution with the largest number of publications.current research hotspots are mainly concentrated in defect passivation,energy efficiency improvement,interface engineering,hole transport layer,electron transport layer,etc.The future research trend is expec-ted to focus on improving the charge transfer and extraction capabilities at the interface,upgrading the quality of perovskite crystals,and looking for interface modification materials that are conducive to defect passivation and energy level matching.关键词
