一维/二维MoO2-ZnIn2S4异质结的构筑与光催化活性研究

Abstract
One of the effective strategies to solve the energy crisis is to produce hydrogen by photocata-lytic reduction directly using solar energy.Due to their excellent utilization rate of visible light spectrum and suitable energy level band structure,transition metal sulfides have become a research hotspot.Howev-er,the excessively high charging rate greatly restricts its application.Therefore,constructing suitable Schottky heterojunction can effectively improve its photocatalytic performance.In this study,we uniformly loaded ZnIn2S4 nanosheets onto MoO2 nanorods to form 1D/2D MoO2-ZnIn2S4 Schottky heterojunction,which induced effective charge separation and transfer,significantly increasing hydrogen production rate compared to a single ZnIn2S4 material.关键词
