Research on Active Noise Control Method for Sliding Bearing-Rotor System Based on Vibration Source Characteristics

Abstract
To address the strong reliance of conventional Active Noise Control(ANC)on high-precision acoustic sensors,a direct noise reduction method based on vibration source characteristics was proposed.By establishing a vibration-noise mapping relationship,the method directly extracted frequency-domain features from rotor system vibration signals to construct anti-noise signals,which were then converted into acoustic waveforms for noise cancellation.The results indicate that when the phase angle difference between the noise reduction signal and the vibration signal is 180°,the sound pressure level decreases significantly from 70 dB to 40 dB,with a sound pressure level reduction rate of 42.9%,and effective noise reduction can be achieved using only conventional loudspeaker devices.This method provides a new technical reference for the noise control of rotating machinery bypassing the conventional acoustic sensing step.关键词
