摘要
Abstract
Considering elevated risks associated with working at height, low efficiency, and high resource consumption inherent in traditional port grab replacement processes,an innovative ground-based grab replacement process was proposed and validated to enhance safety, efficiency, and economic performance of port loading and unloading operations.Through innovative structural design of the grab, introduction of specialized auxiliary ropes and extended load-bearing chains, and precise coordination with crane grab hoisting, lowering, opening, and closing actions,a comprehensive ground-based replacement operation procedure was established.Furthermore, utilizing practical application cases, the implementation workflow, key component design, and adaptability of this process were systematically analyzed and evaluated for effectiveness.Application results demonstrate that this process reduces single grab replacement time from approximately 45 minutes using traditional methods to less than 20 minutes, achieving efficiency improvements exceeding 55%.Additionally,by eliminating work at height and reducing forklift utilization, annual comprehensive costs are reduced by approximately RMB 1 million, while safety hazards associated with elevated work are eliminated. The ground-based grab replacement process, through innovative structural design and operational procedures, has successfully transitioned grab replacement operations from elevated positions to ground level, achieving significant improvements in safety, operational efficiency, and economic benefits, thereby providing an effective solution for optimization and upgrading of port handling processes.关键词
