河北省2025年主要蔬菜价格走势分析
Analysis of the Price Trends of Major Vegetables in Hebei Province in 2025

Abstract
To clarify the price movement patterns of vegetables in Hebei province's market,this study selected 15 major vegetables in Hebei province in 2025 as the research objects,based on monitoring data from the Brick Agriculture Data Intelligence Terminal,and systematically analyzed their overall price trends,year-on-year differences among categories,inter-provincial price comparisons,and price fluctuation characteristics of typical varieties.The results showed that in 2025,the average price of the 15 major vegetables in Hebei province was 4.46 yuan/kg,breaking the seasonal pattern of 2024 and exhibiting a'V-shaped'trend characterized by'fluctuating downward,bottom consolidation-rebound after hitting bottom,strong tail-end rise'.Specifically,from January to June,vegetable prices continued to fluctuate downward to a low range of 3.5-3.6 yuan/kg for consolidation;from July to December,prices steadily recovered,reaching the highest level for the same period in nearly five years during November-December,and peaking at 5.83 yuan/kg in December,with a cumulative increase of 66.09％compared to the mid-year low(June).Significant differentiation in price trends was observed among categories,with distinct differences between protected vegetables and open-field vegetables.Protected vegetable prices showed a mixed performance overall,with spinach and zucchini exhibiting notable year-on-year price increases,while solanaceous vegetables(tomatoes and eggplants)experienced year-on-year price declines.Among open-field vegetables,except for white radish,which saw a slight year-on-year price increase,all other varieties recorded price declines to varying degrees,with scallions showing the most significant year-on-year drop of 21.79％.Inter-provincial price comparisons indicated that the average vegetable price in Hebei province was 8.23％lower than the national average and 5.51％lower than that of Shandong province.Analysis of typical varieties revealed that inter-provincial and within-year price gaps for cucumbers and tomatoes showed an expanding trend,while those for green peppers and eggplants gradually narrowed.Further analysis found that the price fluctuation characteristics of typical varieties were primarily influenced by shifts in market supply and demand,extreme weather events(high temperatures and rainfall),and were closely related to factors such as vegetable planting cycles and circulation costs.Based on the price movement characteristics,supply-demand dynamics,and influencing factors in 2025,it is predicted that the prices of major vegetables in Hebei province in 2026 will exhibit a'twin peaks and twin valleys' trend,with price fluctuations expected to moderate.However,close attention should still be paid to the potential impacts of extreme weather and planting structure adjustments on price movements.关键词
