高端韭菜"囤韭"露地养根及设施囤栽关键技术研究
Research on Key Techniques for Open-field Root Cultivation and Protected Storage of High-end'Stored Chinese Chives'

Abstract
To address the challenges of traditional stored Chinese chives cultivation,this paper systematically summarizes the key techniques for the entire process of stored Chinese chives,including pre-planting preparation,rootstock cultivation,root maintenance,root digging,storage management,and phased harvesting.By optimizing traditional cultivation methods,this technique achieves an output value of 50 000 to 105 000 yuan per 667 m2,realizing both technological advancement and enhanced economic benefits.Finally,to address issues such as high labor demand and intensive labor in production,improvements in mechanized operations are proposed,along with recommendations for moderate large-scale development based on the characteristics of the consumer market.关键词
