生态素养对新农人绿色创业行为的影响研究
Research on the Impact of Ecological Literacy on Green Entrepreneurship Behavior of New-Type Agricultural Practitioner

Abstract
[Objective]Ecological literacy is an important factor affecting the green entrepreneurial be-havior of new-type agricultural practitioner.Exploring the mechanism and path of ecological literacy pro-moting green entrepreneurial behavior of new-type agricultural practitioner is of great significance for the sustainable development of agriculture.[Method]Using 281 survey data of new-type agricultural practi-tioner in Shaanxi Province,a structural equation model was constructed to explore the impact of ecologi-cal literacy on the green entrepreneurial behavior of new-type agricultural practitioner,as well as the moderating effect of environmental regulations on the relationship between ecological literacy and green entrepreneurial behavior of new-type agricultural practitioner.[Result]The ecological cognition and ecological behavior awareness in ecological literacy significantly positively affect the green entrepreneur-ship behavior of new-type agricultural practitioner,with ecological cognition having a greater impact than ecological behavior awareness,ecological emotions significantly negatively affecting the green entre-preneurship behavior of new-type agricultural practitioner,and ecological values having no significant impact on the green entrepreneurship behavior of new-type agricultural practitioner;The incentive based environmental rules significantly regulate the impact of ecological literacy on green entrepreneurship among new-type agricultural practitioner,while the constraint based environmental rules have no signifi-cant regulatory effect.[Conclusion]Strengthen the ecological awareness and behavioral consciousness of new-type agricultural practitioner,break their ecological emotional dilemma,establish ecological val-ues,optimize the incentive regulations for green entrepreneurship,and thus improve the quality of green entrepreneurship for new-type agricultural practitioner.关键词
