维持性血液透析患者肺功能障碍流行状况及其影响因素研究
Analysis of Current Status and Influencing Factors of Pulmonary Dysfunction in Maintenance Hemodialysis Pa-tients

Abstract
Objective To explore the incidence of pulmonary dysfunction among patients receiving single-center mainte-nance hemodialysis(MHD),analyze its associated factors,and offer a foundation for clinical intervention studies.Methods The lung ventilation function and lung diffusion function of 102 maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital were measured using the German-made MasterScreen Ses lung function testing system.Subsequently,factors related to pulmonary dysfunction were ana-lyzed.Results Among 102 maintenance hemodialysis patients,77 cases presented with pulmonary dysfunction,with an incidence rate of 75.5％.Correlation analysis indicated that the development of pulmonary dysfunction in hemodialysis patients was associat-ed with age,physical inactivity,cardiovascular complications,anemia,malnutrition,and micro inflammatory status(P＜0.05).Con-clusion Pulmonary dysfunction is prevalent in MHD patients and has a severe impact on their quality of life.Monitoring and inter-vention of relevant risk factors should be enhanced to improve lung function and the quality of life of these patients.关键词
