Contingency Optimization Method for Distribution Network Voltage Considering Photovoltaic-storage-charging and Discharging Stations

Abstract
In the context of the new power system,the scale access of integrated electric vehicle(EV)-photovoltaic(PV)-storage-charging and discharging power stations makes the risk of distribution network voltage instability significantly aggravated,especially in the emergency scenario of losing main grid power supply,the strong uncertainty of PV output and charging and discharging station load power further threatens the system security.For this reason,a contingency optimization method for distribution network voltage considering the uncertainty of photovoltaic-storage-charging and discharging station is proposed for the islanded operation scenario of losing main grid power supply.First,the probability model of PV output and load power of the integrated photovoltaic-storage-charging and discharging station is constructed respectively.Second,a global sensitivity method based on covariance analysis quantitatively evaluates the impact of independent and correlated effects of uncertainty variables on static voltage stability,and an adaptive sparse polynomial chaos expansion model is used to reduce the computational complexity.Then,a multi-constraint contingency optimization model is established with the static voltage stability L-index as the objective,integrating coordinated control of energy storage and reactive power compensation devices,and the efficient allocation of adjustable equipment capacity is achieved by screening key variables.Finally,the feasibility and superiority of the proposed distribution network voltage optimization method in emergency scenarios are verified based on the improved IEEE 33-node distribution network example simulation.关键词
