Abstract
The research on the co-treatment of Baijiu wastewater and municipal sewage is a key approach to achieving the resource utilization of baijiu wastewater and the synergistic enhancement of energy conservation and carbon reduction in sewage treatment plants.In this study,yellow water from Baijiu production was used as a supplementary carbon source,combined with a technically upgraded dosing system.Through bench-scale tests,pilot-scale experiments,and full-scale engineering applications,a systematic analysis was conducted on its nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency,microbial community structure,and comprehensive benefits.The results demonstrate that when yellow water is used as a carbon source,the pollutant removal rates of the biochemical system are comparable to those achieved with the addition of composite carbon sources during the same period,maintaining stable operation and compliant effluent quality.The relative abundance of key functional microbial groups in the microbial community is significantly increased,optimizing the system's treatment performance.The cost savings rate of carbon source agents exceeds 40%,with upstream and downstream enterprises saving 1.539 million yuan in annual pollution treatment costs.Additionally,the annual carbon emissions are reduced by 915.59 tons.This study indicates that yellow water,as a sustainable alternative carbon source,is highly feasible in terms of technology,economy,and environment.关键词
