摘要
Abstract
To address the problems of lagging monitoring,manual-dependent regulation, and insufficient parameter collaborative management in traditional circulating water systems,a set of multi-parameter real-time monitoring and remote regulation system based on the Internet of Things(IoT)was designed.Taking the sensor perception layer as the core, the system integrates detection modules for key parameters such as water temperature,pH value, and dissolved oxygen, realizes high-speed data transmission through 4G communication, and completes data storage,real-time visualization, and abnormal early warning relying on the cloud platform.Based on the PID fuzzy control algorithm,a remote regulation model was constructed, which can automatically trigger operations such as pump and valve start-stop and chemical dosing, while supporting remote intervention on mobile/PC terminals. The experimental results showed that the system runs stably and reliably. The average fluctuation range of dissolved oxygen(DO)in the experimental group was±0.28 mg/L,and the average fluctuation range of pH was±0.19,which are significantly lower than those of the traditional PID control group(DO:±1.12 mg/L,pH:±0.58).During the experimental period, the cumulative compliance rates of dissolved oxygen and pH reached 97.1%and 96.5%respectively,with reduced energy consumption and 30%~50%less manual input. The system realizes intelligent and unmanned management of the circulating water system, providing reliable technical support for the efficient operation of circulating water in fields such as industrial cooling and agricultural irrigation.关键词
