Abstract
Sambucus adnata Wall.is a commonly used herbal medicine among ethnic minorities,which is often used for the treatment of rheumatic arthralgia,traumatic injuries,skin itching,edema,and other conditions.Modern pharmaceutical research has found that Sambucus adnata Wall.mainly contains various chemical components such as terpenoids,flavonoids,steroids,phenolic acids,lignans,and fatty acids,and possesses pharmacological effects including anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,anti-tumor activity,antioxidant properties,and immunomodulatory effects.This article reviews the research progress on the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Sambucus adnata Wall.,aiming to provide a reference for its in-depth research,development,utilization,and clinical application,and to promote its rational application and development in the medical field.关键词
