肌电生物反馈疗法联合瑞士球本体感觉训练对全膝关节置换术后患者的康复效果观察
Rehabilitation effect of electromyographic biofeedback therapy combined with Swiss ball proprioceptive training on patients after total knee arthroplasty
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the rehabilitation effect of electromyographic biofeedback therapy combined with Swiss ball proprioceptive training on patients after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods Eighty patients undergoing TKA were prospectively included,and were divided into the control group and observation group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group adopted Swiss ball proprioceptive training,while patients in the observation group additionally adopted electromyographic biofeedback therapy.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks.We compared knee joint function,motor and balance functions,pain level,core muscle strength,daily living abili-ty,and complications during the treatment between the two groups.Results Compared with those before treatment,the scores of Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS),Berg Balance Scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),the peak torque(PT)of the flexor muscles,PT of the extensor muscles,Lysholm knee joint score,and Barthel Index(BI)in both groups after treatment were all higher,while the visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower(all P＜0.05).Compared with those in the control group,the scores of HSS,BBS,FMA,PT of the flexor muscles,PT of the extensor muscles,Ly-sholm knee joint score,and BI in the observation group were all higher,while the VAS score was lower(all P＜0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of electromyographic biofeedback therapy and Swiss ball proprioceptive training has a better rehabilita-tion effect on patients after TKA,and is beneficial for the recovery of knee joint function and the improvement of lower limb muscle strength.关键词
