摘要
Abstract
Based on Thomas Kuhn's theory of paradigms,this article systematically reviews the evo-lution of management theory through four major paradigm shifts:from the 1.0 Classical Management Paradigm(efficiency-first),to the 2.0 Behavioral Science Paradigm(focusing on human factors),the 3.0 Modern Management Science Paradigm(quantitative decision-making),and finally the 4.0 Con-temporary Management Paradigm(coping with complexity and change).The evolution is identified as an outcome of the interplay between technological revolutions,social demands,and organizational forms.Confronting the triple challenges of the intelligent era-dilemmas of capability boundaries,de-mand-supply integration,and organizational rigidity-this paper proposes a fifth paradigm:the Intelli-gent Management Paradigm.Driven by technological clusters such as AI,big data,and IoT,this paradigm shifts its core assumption from"Economic Man"or"Social Man"to"Creator",emphasiz-ing human-machine collaboration.Its core tenets include:redefining the basic organizational unit as a"Role";shifting the management focus from efficiency optimization to capability extension;evolving the organizational form towards self-organizing"Role Networks";and employing typical tools/meth-ods such as Capability Models,Role Connectors,Knowledge Assetization,and Data Foundations.The essence of the Intelligent Management Paradigm lies in liberating human potential and enhancingvalue creation through human-machine symbiosis,ultimately leading to a holistic leap for organizationsand society.关键词
