应用型高校的项目化教学改革成效评估研究
Research on the Effectiveness Evaluation of Project-based Teaching Reform in Application-oriented Universities

Abstract
This study constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system.The 2022 graduating students of Ningbo University of Engineering were used as a sample(n=427),data included employment quality,cultivation process,and social evaluation.The entropy weight method was employed to establish an evaluation model,and a comparative analysis was conducted between the experimental group and the control group.The results indicate that project-based teaching significantly enhances graduates'employment quality,with notable improvements in practical and innovative abilities.The mechanism of action follows a chain mediation pathway of"project complexity →process control → ability transformation".Based on these findings,this paper proposes to optimize hierarchical project design and establish a dynamic evaluation mechanism for the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation.关键词
