《备急千金要方》眼科养生思想与方法探析
Analysis of the Thought and Methods of Ophthalmology Health Preservation in Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang
摘要
Abstract
This study explores the ophthalmic health preservation thought and methods in Beiji Qianjin Yaofang(Essen-tial Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold for Emergencies).Inheriting relevant concepts from Huangdi Neijing(Huangdi's Internal Classic)and integrating clinical experience,the text embodies the ideas of preventing disease before it occurs and preventing deterioration of existing conditions.The main content is summarized in five aspects:First,"using the eyes in mod-eration and nurturing them according to method,"emphasizing"prevention over treatment."It lists sixteen factors that harm the eyes and proposes methods for moderating eye use,such as closing the eyes to nourish the spirit,aligning with contempo-rary vision protection concepts.Second,"dietary moderation,and cultivation through daoyin(physical and breathing exer-cises),"clarifying the connection between diet and eye health,proposing the dietary principle of"four suitable,two less,and four avoid,"and including practical and effective guiding techniques like rubbing the hands and applying warmth to the eyes,achieving both internal and external care.Third,"nourishing from the perspective of the liver,while regulating other zang organs,"taking the liver as the core,implementing tonifying and reducing strategies based on age and pattern differen-tiation,while coordinating with other zang organs such as the kidney,heart,and spleen,demonstrating a holistic view.Fourth,"medicinal and dietary sharing the same source,using supplementation for nourishment,"establishing the principle of di-etary therapy first based on the specialized chapter on"dietary therapy,"skillfully using materials that serve both medicinal and dietary purposes,and practicing the concept of"upplementing form with form."Fifth,"meticulous formulas,diverse dos-age forms,"with formula compositions emphasizing harmony,precise dosages,and standard processing methods.Dosage forms such as pills,powders,and ointments are adapted to different eye diseases and constitutions,leaving behind famous formulas passed down through generations,such as Cizhu Wan.This book integrates eye health preservation into daily life,and its concepts of zang-fu organ coordination,dietary and daoyin practices,and the combination of medicine and food reso-nate with modern understanding of eye health,possessing both theoretical value and practical guidance significance.关键词
