"筋骨并举"推拿联合八段锦治疗早中期膝骨关节炎疗效观察
Therapeutic effect observation of"simultaneous treatment of sinews and bones"tuina combined with Baduanjin on early-to-mid stage knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of"simultaneous treatment of sinews and bones"tuina combined with Baduanjin on the clinical symptoms and related laboratory indicators in patients with early-to-mid stage knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Sixty patients diagnosed with KOA and hospitalized or treated in the outpatient department of the Tuina Department at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from February 2024 to April 2025 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The con-trol group received conventional tuina combined with Baduanjin exercise training,while the observation group received"si-multaneous treatment of sinews and bones"tuina therapy combined with Baduanjin exercise training.The treatment course for both groups was 8 weeks.Differences in C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and efficacy assess-ment scale scores before and after treatment were observed to evaluate the efficacy of"simultaneous treatment of sinews and bones"tuina combined with Baduanjin in treating KOA.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for pain decreased in both groups,while the Lysholm Knee Score increased significantly,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The im-provement in WOMAC,VAS,and Lysholm scores in the observation group was superior to that in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)The levels of ESR and CRP decreased in both groups af-ter treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with statistically significant differ-ences(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Simultaneous treatment of sinews and bones"tuina combined with Baduanjin has a good effect on alleviating inflammatory reactions in the treatment of early-to-mid stage KOA.关键词
