从"清浊相干"探讨李东垣伤饮伤食分治思想及现代应用
Li Dongyuan's theory of differentiated treatment for drink and food impairment based on"mutual disturbance between clear yang and turbid yin"and its modern application
摘要
Abstract
Through literature review and theoretical cross-validation,this paper deepens the understanding of Li Dongyuan's theory of differentiated treatment for drink and food impairment in light of the Huangdi Neijing's concept of"mutual disturbance between clear yang and turbid yin".Li's theory attributes drink impairment to"dysfunction of clear yang"characterized by failure of clear yang to ascend and failure of fluid transformation,which should be treated with the method of"elevating clear yang and resolving stagnation".In contrast,food impairment is ascribed to"stagnation of turbid yin"manifested as failure of turbid yin to descend and food accumulation obstructing the middle energizer,and the corresponding therapeutic method is"descending turbid yin and guiding stagnation out".Both treatment methods are unified under the core goal of"regulating qi movement of the middle energizer and restoring the ascending of clear yang and descending of turbid yin".This theory holds significant value in guiding the diagnosis and treatment of various functional and metabolic diseases in modern clinical practice.关键词
