Wu Quansheng's clinical experience in treating subchorionic hematoma based on theory of"yang deficiency with yin stagnation"
摘要
Abstract
This paper introduces Professor Wu Quansheng's clinical experience in treating subchorionic hematoma(SCH)based on the theory of"yang deficiency with yin stagnation".Considering the physical characteristics of women in northwest China and the clinical features of SCH,Professor Wu holds that"yin stagnation internally"is the direct cause of SCH formation,and"yang deficiency failing to transform"is the central mechanism in the progression of SCH.In treatment,it is necessary to combine resolving stasis to stop bleeding with warming the kidney to prevent miscarriage,along with emotional regulation and counseling.A clinical case is provided for reference.关键词
