中药单体调控JAK/STAT信号通路干预椎间盘退变的研究进展
Research progress on regulation of JAK/STAT signaling pathway by bioactive monomers in Chinese materia medica for intervention in intervertebral disc degeneration
摘要
Abstract
This article reviews various bioactive monomers derived from Chinese materia medica,such as myricetin,anthocyanins,salvianolic acid B,resveratrol,salidroside,cryptotanshinone,and anisodamine.These monomers can significantly ameliorate the pathological changes of intervertebral disc degeneration(IVDD)through regulating the Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT)signaling pathway.Specifically,they modulate the protein levels of phosphorylated JAK(p-JAK)and phosphorylated STAT(p-STAT),downregulate inflammatory cytokines and matrix-degrading enzymes,promote the synthesis of extracellular matrix,and enhance autophagy and antioxidant capacity,significantly improve the pathological changes of intervertebral disc degeneration.关键词
