摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The university laboratory accreditation represents a proactive attempt to serve society and industry,which has significant advantages for enhancing management and operational level.[Methods]Based on the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation concept,this paper proposes a differentiated implementation approach with"functional goal orientation",focusing on the multiple functional objectives such as teaching,research,and social services in university laboratories.A key element management system covering four dimensions of"personnel-environment-equipment-process"is constructed.[Results]The system can form either an"independent management system"or a"lightweight management system"by configuring management elements based on the laboratory functions,thereby enhancing the operability and applicability of the accreditation concept in the operation and management of university laboratories.[Conclusion]This approach aims to establish an element management system for developing specific functional objectives,providing a practical pathway for integrating the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation concept into university laboratories.
