从"小结胸"证探讨化痰类中药在贲门癌前病变中的应用
Discussion on the Application of Herbs that Dissolve Phlegm in the Treatment of Gastric Cardia Precancerous Lesions from the Perspective of"Minor Chest Binding"Syndrome

Abstract
Gastric cardia precancerous lesions are common chronic diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract.They have a high risk of"inflammation-cancer"transformation and seriously endanger people's health.Early diagnosis and treatment are of great significance for blocking their progression and canceration course."Minor chest binding"syndrome is one of the complications of Taiyang syndromes in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and its basic pathogenesis is phlegm and heat binding under the heart.This paper analyzes the occurrence and development characteristics of gastric cardia precancerous lesions and finds that it is closely related to the formation of"minor chest binding"syndrome.It is believed that the core pathogenesis of the disease is that the phlegm and heat pathological products caused by factors such as improper diet and five emotions transforming into fire gather and evolve,transform into blood stasis,and finally become sticky and entrenched into poison.Based on this,a treatment principle focus on phlegm as the core is proposed,and the phlegm-resolving herbs is used to"descend phlegm","untie phlegm"and"stabilize phlegm"to eliminate the"source",break the"glutinosity"and prevent the"change"of the disease,in order to provide a new perspective and idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cardia precancerous lesions.关键词
