基于脑-肠轴探讨中西医调控肠道菌群治疗血管性痴呆的作用机制
Exploration of the Therapeutic Mechanism of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Regulating Intestinal Flora for Vascular Dementia Based on the Brain-Gut Axis

Abstract
Vascular dementia(VaD)is a common cognitive dysfunction disorder,whose pathogenesis is closely associated with the dysfunction of the brain-intestine axis.This paper systematically expounds the mechanism of the brain-intestine axis in the pathogenesis of VaD,focusing on the specific processes by which intestinal flora affects cerebrovascular and cognitive functions through pathways such as neuroinflammation and metabolites.Meanwhile,from the dual perspectives of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,this paper deeply analyzes the therapeutic mechanisms of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating VaD,including regulating the composition of intestinal flora,optimizing metabolites,and maintaining intestinal barrier function.关键词
