Professor Liang Fanrong's Clinical Experience in Treating Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Based on the"Heart-Spleen Correlation"Theory

Abstract
Ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM),a leading global cause of death from cardiovascular diseases with an annual mortality reaching 9.4 million,exhibits a persistently rising incidence,significantly contributing to the escalating burden of cardiovascular disease.Grounded in the"Heart-spleen correlation"theory and informed by extensive scientific research and clinical practice,Professor Liang Fanrong proposes that the disease location of ICM resides in the Heart(Xin),involving dysfunction of multiple organs,with the Spleen(Pi)playing a pivotal role.Professor Liang innovatively established a four-element pathogenesis model comprising"Deficiency(Xu),Cold(Han),Phlegm(Tan),and Blood Stasis(Yu)".Consequently,he advocates a core treatment principle:"Supplementing Deficiency as the root,Resolving Phlegm as the branch,Dispelling Cold as auxiliary,and Removing Stasis as supplementary".The therapeutic strategy is defined as"Fortifying the Spleen and Boosting Qi,Warming and Unblocking Heart Yang,Resolving Phlegm and Dissipating Stasis,and Nourishing Heart Blood".Furthermore,Professor Liang skillfully integrates characteristic acupoint selection and therapeutic techniques,including sensitized acupoints,coiling dragon needling of Jiaji points(EX-B2),heat-sensitive moxibustion,and fire-dragon moxibustion,combined with internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoctions to achieve a synergistic effect.This treatment protocol is rooted in the holistic concept and syndrome differentiation-based treatment fundamental to Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),while also incorporating the modern medical understanding of coronary heart disease pathology,thereby providing innovative ideas and methods for the comprehensive treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy.关键词
