饲粮中添加不同剂量纳米硒对蛋鸡生产性能、免疫与抗氧化指标的影响
Effects of dietary supplementation with different doses of nano-selenium on production performance,immunity,and antioxidant indices of laying hens

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with different doses of nano-selenium on the production performance,egg quality,egg selenium deposition,immune indices,and antioxidant indices of laying hens.A total of 1 440 healthy Rongda Fengda No.1 laying hens,aged 280 days from the same batch,were selected and randomly divided into four groups with six replicates per group and 60 hens per replicate.The control group,low-dose group,medium-dose group,and high-dose group were fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.35 mg/kg sodium selenite(group T0),0.25 mg/kg nano-selenium(group T1),0.35 mg/kg nano-selenium(group T2),and 0.45 mg/kg nano-selenium(group T3),respectively.The pre-test period was three days,and the formal test period was 28 days.The results showed that the laying rate in groups T2 and T3 was significantly higher than those in group T0(P<0.05),while the feed-to-egg ratio was significantly lower than that in group T0(P<0.05).The albumen height and Haugh unit in groups T1,T2,and T3 were significantly higher than those in group T0(P<0.05).The egg selenium content in groups T2 and T3 was significantly higher than that in group T0(P<0.05).The content of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)in groups T2 and T3,and the immunoglobulin G(IgG)content in group T2,were significantly higher than those in group T0(P<0.05).The concentrations of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in groups T1,T2,and T3 were significantly lower than those in group T0(P<0.05).The activities of serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in group T2 were significantly higher than those in group T0(P<0.05),while the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly lower than that in group T0(P<0.05).The study shows that dietary supplementation with an appropriate dose of nano-selenium can effectively improve production performance and egg quality,increase selenium deposition,and enhance immune function and antioxidant capacity in laying hens.It is recommended to add 0.35 mg/kg of nano-selenium to the diet of laying hens.关键词
