酶解法制备的鸡肉粉蛋白替代部分鱼粉蛋白对吉富罗非鱼生长性能的影响
Effects of enzymatically hydrolyzed chicken meal protein replacement of fish meal protein on growth performance of GIFT Oreochromis niloticus

Abstract
This experiment aimed to optimize the preparation process of enzymatically hydrolyzed chicken meal and systematically evaluate the effects of its replacement of fish meal on the growth performance of GIFT Oreochromis niloticus.A total of 630 healthy GIFT Oreochromis niloticus with uniform size and an initial body weight of(25.08±0.09)g were randomly divided into seven groups,with three replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate.The control group(group D1)was fed a basal diet containing 12%fish meal.Groups D2 to D4 and D5 to D7 were fed diets in which 33.33%,66.67%,and 100.00%of the fish meal protein was replaced by untreated chicken meal protein and enzymatically hydrolyzed chicken meal protein,respectively.The pre-test period was two weeks,and the formal test period was eight weeks.The results showed that through protease screening,single-factor experiment,and orthogonal experiment,the optimal enzymatic hydrolysis conditions were determined as follows:Alkaline protease dosage of 1.5%,hydrolysis temperature of 50℃,and hydrolysis time of 4.5 hours.Under these conditions,the crude protein content of the enzymatically hydrolyzed chicken meal product was 70.12%.Compared with group D1,groups D5 to D7 showed no significant differences in weight gain rate,specific growth rate,and feed conversion ratio(P>0.05).The intestinal protease activity was higher than those in group D1,and the malondialdehyde content was significantly lower than that in groups D2 to D4(P<0.05).The growth performance of the GIFT Oreochromis niloticus in group D4 was inhibited.The study shows that enzymatically hydrolyzed chicken meal prepared under optimized conditions,can completely replace fish meal without compromising the growth performance or physiological health of GIFT Oreochromis niloticus.This technology provides a reference for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the aquatic feed industry and for the high-value utilization of animal by-products.关键词
