Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of immunohistochemical detection in pathological diagnosis of breast cancer,and to observe the positive rate of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER-2)and axillary lymph node metastasis.Methods:100 cases of breast cancer in Sheyang People's Hospital from May,2022 to May,2025 were retro-spectively analyzed.All cases were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the positive rate of HER-2 and axillary lymph node metastasis were recorded.The axillary lymph node metastasis of different pathological types of breast cancer was observed,and the relationship between HER-2 expression and axillary lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Results:Among 100 patients,23 cases were positive for HER-2 by immunohistochemistry,and the positive rate was 23.00%.Axillary lymph node metastasis occurred in 45 cases,accounting for 45.00%.Among 100 patients,the axillary lymph node metastasis rate of invasive ductal carcinoma was 48.72%,which was significantly higher than that of invasive lobular carcinoma(33.33%)and other pathological types(30.00%)(P<0.05).The axillary lymph node metastasis rate of HER-2 positive patients was 65.22%,which was significantly higher than that of HER-2 negative patients(38.96%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immunohistochemical detection can improve the positive detection rate of HER-2 in pathological diagnosis of breast cancer.The incidence of axillary lymph node metastasis in HER-2 positive patients is high,which can provide favorable support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
